El Yunque Cocktail Recipe
Those damn Yankees are everywhere, even in our cocktails! The El Yunque cocktail is a peach colored drink recipe made from Don Q Anejo rum, Grand Marnier orange liqueur, raspberries, lime juice and simple syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum (Don Q Gran Anejo)
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 12 Raspberry
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle raspberries, then squeeze through a sieve into a cocktail.
- Add dark rum, Grand Marnier, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
