Elk's Own Recipe
The Elk's Own cocktail recipe is a classic drink made from rye whiskey, ruby port, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple and egg white, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Whiskey - rye
- 1 oz Port Wine - ruby
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 tsp Sugar
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
