The Endless Summer is a classic surfing movie detailing the worldwide travels to find the ultimate surf spots. The Endless Summer cocktail is an orange colored drink made from Tropix liqueur, coconut water, passion fruit juice, cayenne pepper and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tropix Liqueur
- 2 oz Coconut Water
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- Cayenne Pepper - to rim glass
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into cayenne pepper to coat the rim.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Shake Tropix liqueur, coconut water and passion fruit juice with ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
