Espresso Mojito Recipe
The Espresso Mojito is made from Smirnoff espresso vodka, lime, mint, brown sugar, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Coffee Vodka (Smirnoff Dark Roasted Espresso)
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle the mint, lime wedges, brown sugar and simple syrup in a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice and add Smirnoff espresso vodka, and stir.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
