Fig Newton Caipirinha Recipe
The Fig Newton Caipirinha is a pink colored cocktail recipe made from Leblon cachaca, fig, lime juice, simple syrup and ginger ale, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 1/2 Fig
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Ginger Ale
- Garnish: Fig
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle fig and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add cachaca, lime and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and top with ginger ale.
- Stir gently and garnish with a fig half.
