Fig and Honey Sour Recipe
The Fig and Honey Sour cocktail recipe is made from 42 Below Honey vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and chopped figs, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Honey Vodka (42 Below Honey)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- dash Bitters
- 3 Fig - chopped
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle bitters, simple syrup and figs in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add lemon juice, honey vodka and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
