The French Riviera cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, Benedictine and dry vermouth, and served in a chilled rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Stir rum, Benedictine and dry vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass, or a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime twist, or an orange twist.
