The Frozen Apple drink recipe is made from apple brandy, lime juice, sugar, egg white and crushed ice, and served blended in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Egg - white
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- slice Apple - for garnish
- Garnish: Apple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients at low speed until slushy.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a slice of apple.
