Ginger Man Recipe
The Ginger Man is an orange colored drink made from Effen vodka, ginger syrup, lime juice, bitters, mint and ginger beer, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka (Effen)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 dash Bitters
- 5 leaves Mint
- Ginger Beer - to fill
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint, ginger syrup and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Effen vodka, bitters and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with chilled ginger beer.
- Garnish with more mint.
