Green Banana Collins Recipe
The Green Banana Collins is a fruity green drink made from Bols Green Banana liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda and Bols Banana Foam liqueur, and served over ice in a collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Banana Liqueur (Bols Green Banana)
- 1-1/4 oz Vodka (Bols)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- Bols Banana Foam
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake Bols Green Banana liqueur, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a collins glass or highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and top with Bols Banana Foam liqueur.
