Habanero Lime Margarita Recipe
The Habanero Lime Margarita is a spicy green cocktail made from El Jimador tequila, lime juice, sour mix and Tabasco sauce, and served in a salt-rimmed margarita glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold (El Jimador Reposado)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3 oz Sour Mix
- 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- slice Lime
- Salt
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Margarita Glass
Directions
- Rub the lime slice over the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into salt to coat the rim.
- Shake tequila, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and sour mix with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into the glass, then garnish with the lime slice.
