Herb Cane Recipe
The Herb Cane drink recipe is a green colored drink made from Boca Loca cachaca, green Chartreuse, simple syrup, mint, basil, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 leaves Basil
- 6 leaves Mint
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Lime, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle basil, mint and simple syrup with ice in a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add cachaca, green Chartreuse and lemon juice, and stir gently.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with mint and a slice of lime.
