Highland Cooler Recipe
The Highland Cooler drink recipe is made from scotch, club soda, sugar, ginger ale and lemon, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Scotch Whiskey
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Ginger Ale
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Add club soda and sugar to a Collins glass and swirl around until the sugar is dissolved.
- Fill with ice, then add scotch and stir gently.
- Fill to the top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon twist.
