Hot Sambatini Recipe
The Hot Sambatini is a spicy cocktail recipe made from Flor de Cana rum, jalapeno pepper, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Flor de Cana)
- 4 chunks Pineapple
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Pineapple, Jalapeno
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple chunks and jalapeno in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with jalapeno and pineapple.
