The Hot Tot Toddy is a non-alcoholic winter cocktail recipe is made from hot tea, honey, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon, lemon and nutmeg, and served in a warm coffee glass.
Ingredients
- Tea - hot
- 1 oz Honey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 5 Clove
- pinch Cinnamon
- slice Lemon
- pinch Nutmeg - freshly grated
- stick Cinnamon
- Garnish: Lemon, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
- Glass: Coffee Mug
Directions
- Add cloves, lemon juice and cinnamon to a warm coffee mug, and muddle slightly.
- Add honey and fill with hot tea, then stir.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, lemon slice and freshly grated nutmeg.
