Jalisco Swizzle Recipe
The Jalisco Swizzle is a festive drink made from tequila, rum, lime juice, passion fruit juice, simple syrup, bitters and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Tequila - Gold
- 3/4 oz Golden Rum
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1-1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- Club Soda - to top
- 1 slice Lime - for garnish
- 1 sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, rum, bitters, lime juice and passion fruit juice with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint.
