Jersey Lily Recipe
The Jersey Lily is a virgin cocktail made from sparkling apple juice, bitters, sugar and cherry, and served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Apple Juice - sparkling
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1/4 tsp Sugar - superfine
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake sparkling apple juice, bitters and sugar with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a wine glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
