Kilimanjaro Amarula Recipe
The Kilimanjaro Amarula is a brown colored drink made from vodka, Amarula cream liqueur, white creme de menthe and vanilla ice cream, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe - white
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 scoop Ice Cream - vanilla
- Mint - garnish
- Chocolate - grated, to garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Chocolate
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Blend the Amarula cream liqueur, vodka, ice cream and white creme de menthe until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint and grated chocolate.
