Ingredients
- 3 oz Coconut Rum (Burnett's)
- 1 oz Coconut Milk
- 1 oz Pineapple - crushed
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Margarita Glass
Directions
- Add coconut rum, coconut milk, pineapple and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, and pour into a chilled margarita glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
