La Neige Russe Recipe
The La Neige Russe drink is made from vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, white grape juice and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Grape Juice - white
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Rosemary
- Garnish: Lemon, Rosemary
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake the vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and white grape juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon twist.
