Level Headed Cocktail Recipe
The Level Headed Cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, sugar syrup, coffee, bitters and St. Elizabeth allspice dram, and served in a brandy snifter.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
- 1/2 oz Pimento Dram (St. Elizabeth Allspice)
- 1 oz Coffee - cold
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Glass: Brandy Snifter
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a brandy snifter and serve.
