Maple Madness Recipe
The Maple Madness is a gourmet cocktail recipe made from Flor de Cana 7-year old rum, maple syrup, liquid smoke and served in a salt-rimmed rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Flor de Cana)
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Liquid Smoke
- Salt - smoked salt, to rim glass
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into smoked salt, and fill the glass with ice.
- Shake rum, liquid smoke and maple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and serve.
