Maxima Recipe
The Maxima drink recipe is made form cognac, peach liqueur, sour apple liqueur, lime juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with an apple slice and a lime slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cognac
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1 tsp Apple Liqueur (Wenneker Sour Apple)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda - to fill
- slice Lime - for garnish
- slice Apple - for garnish
- Garnish: Apple, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake cognac, peach liqueur, sour apple liqueur and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with an apple slice and a lime slice.
