Mike Collins Recipe
The Mike Collins is a fun variation of the classic Tom Collins drink. Made form Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Club Soda - to top
- 1 slice Orange
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake Irish whiskey, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
