Mint-less Mojito Recipe
We never thought it possible to make a good Mojito without fresh mint, but Don Q has solved this problem. The Mint-less Mojito cocktail is made from Don Q Mojito rum, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and sparkling wine, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mint Rum (Don Q Mojito)
- 1 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- splash Sparkling Wine - to top
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake mint rum, white rum, lime juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with a splash of chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a lime slice.
