Q Strawberry Mojito Recipe
The Strawberry Mojito is a fruity variation of the classic mint and lime Mojito cocktail. A red colored drink made from Don Q Mojito mint rum, strawberries, simple syrup, mint, lime and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mint Rum (Don Q Mojito)
- 2 Strawberry
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to fill
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle strawberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, mint rum, lime juice and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
