Morning Glory Fizz Recipe
The Morning Glory Fizz drink recipe is made from scotch, Pernod absinthe, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, bitters and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Scotch Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Absinthe (Pernod)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda - to fill
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except club soda, vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently.
