Noilly Cassis Recipe
The Noilly Cassis is a red cocktail served best as an aperitif. Made from Noilly Prat and creme de cassis, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
- Add Noilly Prat and creme de cassis to a rocks glass half filled with ice.
- Stir, then squeeze a lemon twist over the glass to release the oils, and drop it in.
