Over the Rainbow Recipe
Judy Garland originally made this song famous, but our beloved Israel "Iz" Ka'ano'i Kamakawiwo'Ole made it into a beautiful song, as well as showing us how precious life is. The Over the Rainbow cocktail recipe is made from Irish whiskey, blackberry liqueur, coffee liqueur and orange marmalade, and served in a chilled wine glass garnished with an orange slice and a blackberry.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 tsp Orange Marmalade
- slice Orange - for garnish
- 1 Blackberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Blackberry
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled wine glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a blackberry.
