Oyster Shot Recipe
The Oyster Shot is the perfect way to enjoy a little seafood with your alcohol. Made from a small oyster, chilled pepper vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lime, and served in a chilled shot glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Pepper Vodka - chilled
- 1/2 oz Tomato Juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 1 dash Lime Juice
- pinch Black Pepper
- pinch Celery Salt
- 1 Oyster
- Glass: Shot Glass
Directions
- Add an oyster to a chilled shot glass.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and serve.
