Pacific Rim Recipe
The Pacific Rim is a red drink made from Pucker watermelon schnapps, cranberry schnapps, peach schnapps, sour mix, orange juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Watermelon Pucker
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps (DeKuyper Peachtree)
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Schnapps
- splash Sour Mix
- splash Orange Juice
- Club Soda
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add watermelon schnapps, peach schnapps, cranberry schnapps, sour mix and orange juice, and stir.
- Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda.
