Passionfruit Pineapple Caipirinha Recipe
The Passionfruit Pineapple Caipirinha drink recipe combines the flavors of Leblon cachaca, passion fruit puree, lime, mint and pineapple into a wonderful tropical cocktail served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 3/4 oz Passion Fruit - puree
- 2 chunks Pineapple
- 8 leaves Mint
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Lemon-lime Soda
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle passion fruit puree, pineapple, mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add cachaca and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Fill with lemon-lime soda and garnish with more mint.
