Ingredients
- 2 oz Pimms (No. 1)
- 1 tsp Cointreau
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Lemon-lime Soda - to fill
- 2 slices Cucumber - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Cucumber, Lime, Mint
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Add Pimm's, Cointreau and ice to a Collins glass, then fill with lemon-lime soda.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with cucumber, mint and lime.
