Pineapple Smash Recipe
The Pineapple Smash is a tasty tropical drink made from spiced rum, light rum, lime juice, pineapple and club soda, and served over ice in any glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Spiced Rum (Cruzan)
- 3/4 oz White Rum (Cruzan)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3 wedges Pineapple - grilled
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Any Glass
Directions
- Muddle 2 pineapple wedges with lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add both rums and ice and shake well.
- Strain into any glass full of ice and garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge.
