Pink Cadillac Convertible Recipe
The Pink Cadillac Convertible drink is made from tequila, Grand Marnier orange liqueur, cranberry juice and lime, and served in a salt-rimmed rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Gold
- 3/4 oz Grand Marnier - orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- Salt - to rim glass
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Rub a lime wedge over the rim of an old-fashioned glass, dip into sea salt to coat the rim, then fill with ice.
- Muddle all lime wedges, except 1, in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, tequila, Grand Marnier and cranberry juice and shake well.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
