Pink Pamp Recipe
The Pink Pamp is a pink colored drink made from Joseph Cartron pink grapefruit liqueur, chilled rosé wine, lemonade and grapefruit, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Pink Grapefruit Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 2 oz Red Wine - chilled rosé
- 3-4 slices Grapefruit
- Lemonade - chilled, to fill
- Garnish: Grapefruit
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the grapefruit slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add pink grapefruit liqueur, chilled rosé wine and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with lemonade.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
