Polynesian Pepper Pot Recipe
The Polynesian Pepper Pot is a spicy drink made form vodka, rum, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, curry powder and Tabasco sauce, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Golden Rum
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup - almond syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- pinch Cayenne Pepper
- pinch Curry Powder
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except curry powder, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with curry powder sprinkled over the drink.
