Prisoner Ale Recipe
The Prisoner Ale is made from Big House Tupelo honey bourbon, ginger ale, cola and lime, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Bourbon (Big House Tupelo Honey)
- 1 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 oz Cola (Coke or Pepsi)
- splash Lime Juice
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add honey bourbon, ginger ale, cola and lime, then stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
