Qucumber Mojito Recipe
The Qucumber Mojito cocktail is a green colored drink recipe made from Don Q Limon rum, mint, cucumber juice, lime juice, simple syrup and cucumber, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Citrus Rum (Don Q Limon)
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Cucumber Juice - made by blending whole cucumber
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add ice, citrus rum, cucumber juice and lime juice, then stir well.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
