DonQ Mai Tai Recipe
Nothing says summertime like girls in bikinis, the smell of saltwater in the air, and a good old Mai Tai cocktail. The Don Q Mai Tai drink recipe is made from Don Q white rum, limon rum, grenadine, lime juice, sugar and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Club Soda
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- 1 oz Citrus Rum (Don Q Limon)
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Orange
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a hurricane glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
