Green Eyes Recipe
The Green Eyes drink is most famous for being the official cocktail of the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, California. Made from Midori melon liqueur, rum, coconut cream, lime juice and pineapple juice, and served in a parfait or hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Parfait Glass
Directions
- Fill a parfait or hurricane glass with cracked ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
