Funky Midori Recipe
The Funky Midori cocktail is made form Midori melon liqueur, cantelope, light rum, simple syrup, orange juice and lemon juice, and served in a champagne saucer.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/2 cup Melon - cantelope
- 2/3 oz White Rum
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Melon
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor or blender.
- Pour into a chilled champagne sauce, margarita glass or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a melon wedge.
