Mojito Recipe
The Mojito is one of the most popular classic rum cocktails. Made from a simple recipe of limes, mint leaves, cane sugar and white rum, the Mojito is served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 8 leaves Mint
- 2 tsp Sugar - cane sugar
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the mint leaves, sugar and lime wedges in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum.
- Stir until mixed, and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
