Quince and Honey Fizz Recipe
The Quince and Honey Fizz is an orange drink made from Patron tequila, quince syrup, lemon juice, honey, egg white and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Anejo)
- 1 oz Quince Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 1 Egg - white
- Club Soda
- 1 slice Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, quince syrup, lemon juice, honey and egg with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon slice cut into two pieces.
