The Rested Miss Clementine is a peach colored cocktail made from Patron tequila, stone pine liqueur, aperol, lemon juice, clementine juice, simple syrup and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Reposado)
- 3/4 oz Stone Pine Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Aperol
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Clementine Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Egg - white
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh pine and a cranberry.
