Riveria Mojito Recipe
The Riviera Mojito drink is made from Chambord flavored vodka, limoncello, simple syrup, mint leaves and raspberries, and served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Chambord Vodka
- 1-1/2 oz Limoncello
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 leaves Mint
- 2 Raspberry
- Mineral Water - to top
- Garnish: Raspberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the mint leaves, raspberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, limoncello and Chambord flavored vodka and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with mineral water.
- Garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint.
