  • Cut the top off of a ripe pineapple, then scoop out the fruit without damaging the shell.
  • Blend the pineapple fruit in a blender, then pour back into the pineapple shell.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and stir gently.
  • Replace the top of the pineapple and serve with 2 straws.
