Ruby Diamond Caipirinha Recipe
The Ruby Diamond Caipirinha is a fruity red colored cocktail recipe made from Leblon cachaca, lychee puree, simple syrup, lime juice, mint and pomegranate, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 2 oz Lychee Fruit - puree
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate - seeds
- 6 leaves Mint
- Garnish: Pomegranate
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and pomegranate seeds in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with more pomegranate seeds.
