Ruby Margarita Recipe
The Ruby Margarita is a fruity Cinco de Mayo cocktail. A pink cocktail made from Herradura tequila, pomegranate juice, agave nectar and lime juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold (Herradura)
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Salt - to rim the glass
- slice Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Rub the lime slice over the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into salt to coat the rim.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, then pour into the glass.
- Garnish with the lime slice.
