- 1 oz Vodka (Absolut)
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Simple Syrup
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- 1 slice Lemon
- 3 Blueberry
- Garnish: Blueberry, Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, crème de cassis, lemon juice and simple syrup, and stir gently.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with a lemon slice and a few blueberries.
